Details of Amodes for English

Section A: 10 Grammar MCQ
Section B: 10 Vacab MCQ
Section C: 8 Grammar Cloze
Section D: 8 Vocab Cloze
Total: 36 Marks

Revise unit 1, 2 & 3 of learning sheets.

For next week, those who have been absent, to bring Unit 3 Learning Sheet for Mr Ezran to check.
Unit 4 Spelling will be in Week 10.



CHINESE SPELLING DATES: 

Unit 6: March 28th
Unit 7: March 4th
Unit 8: March 11th
Unit 9: April 1st
Unit 10: April 15th


I understand that Unit 6 is only tested after Unit 7 & 8, this is due to some personal reasons.
No worries, it is just a swap of topics. Sorry for the confusion caused.
If there are any changes to the dates again, i will update the blog to inform the parents and the boys.

Regarding the post earlier ...

Dear Parents, 

regarding the blog posted earlier about the staggered recess, 

I have been informed by the VPs that if tomorrow morning, there are still more than 5 absentees, 

p3 Charity will go for recess from 9.45am-10.10am. (This is to avoid the crowd and prevent from spreading the virus) 

They will continue the lesson from 10.15am onwards. I will be with them as the period from 9.45am is mine initially, so i will be with the class from 10.15am till 10.45am. 

For your information. Feel free to text/email me if you need clarification.

English spelling unit 4 will be on next week. Unit 5 will be in term 2.
Chinese spelling dates for unit 6-10 will be given tomorrow, please bring along your Chinese spelling list along to write down the dates.

1. Students to bring their thermometer everyday wef tomorrow onwards. I will conduct daily temperature taking for them. (Parents, please help to check that their thermometer is in working condition, if not, please pass them money to buy during recess tomorrow or after school today) I apologise for the late notice. 
2. Staggered recess for p3 Charity wef tomorrow. Further details will be uploaded shortly. 
3. Students are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser everyday to clean their hands. ( I will buy a big bottle for the teachers and students, and will put it on the teacher's table) 
4. I just reminded the boys today about keeping their desk clean from dust and tidy at all times, please help me to emphasize that to your boy at home too.

To take note:

1. Parents to sign Mastery List in Math File and return tomorrow, 24/2. 
2. Math Plus pg 10-11 
3. 词语册子，听写本，习字本，活动本 returned to the boys for revision. 
4. Bring 1 scissor to class for next CME lesson (26/2).
5. English Stellar Learning Sheets pg 4, 5, 16, 18 - 21, 26-29. 
6. There is NO Chinese Spelling this friday (26/2), dates for the spelling will be given by end of this week. 

For those who are absent/unwell, no rush for the assignments. They have up to next Monday for the assignments to be handed in. 

Also note that, if your son is absent for any Amodes, within the next 3 working days, he can still sit for the test, if not, his report card for this paper will be put as MC. If any other queries, please email me or text me. ( MC must be submitted in order for a retest )
